Welcome to the web page for the Smithfield Municipal Justice CourtHOURS OF OPERATION: The Smithfield Municipal Justice Court hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and our regular Court session is 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays. The Court handles Class B and Class C misdemeanors, infractions, and civil claims of $7,500 or less.
Marriage ceremonies are performed ONLY by appointment. |
