Chambers, 69 North Main, Smithfield, Utah.

7:00 p.m. Walter & Pamela Garcia, 642 Wasatch, have requested approval to extend their existing building alongside the existing garage which creates an expansion of a non-conforming structure. Zoned R-1-10
7:10 p.m. Review and consideration of the transcribed minutes of the Board of Adjustment Meeting of November 4, 2009.
Motion for review and finalization of the May 13, 2010 Minutes.
